Clinical Governance

Clinical Governance provides an overarching framework for quality, safety and patient experience at St. John's Hospice. Over the past year we have reviewed and strengthened our Clinical Governance Structure to have dedicated monthly meetings reviewing polices and procedures, presentation of research and audit as well as case presentations and a quarterly meeting reviewing infections, incidents and complaints. We currently have an annual governance report and development plan.
