The Hospital of St. John & St. Elizabeth

St John's Hospice is an integral part of The Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth.

Founded in 1856, the Hospital is one of the countries largest independent charity Hospitals and the UK's premier Catholic Hospital. The Hospital provides a wide range of acute private healthcare services, including a state of the art Birth Unit. The Hospital's charitable status is based on the fact that surplus funds are used to support the Hospice.

Both the hospital and the hospice take great pride in their heritage, and especially in the Catholic ethos upon on which they were founded, which assures patients of a commitment to care and compassion in the delivery of their healthcare, regardless of their age, lifestyle, culture and spiritual belief. The aim of both institutions is the same now as it was over 150 years ago - to provide the highest quality health care for all those who seek it.
