Font size:

The Patricia Glasswell and friends art exhibition has been running for over 10 years and has since raised over £40,000 for St John’s Hospice. This year, local artists including Patricia Glasswell, Sarah Foskett, Yvonne Fletcher, Jean Reddaway, Linda Foskett, Carol Bloomfield, John Owens, Sarah Anderson and Jean Strang displayed their artwork throughout the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth to help raise even more money.

The Artwork was displayed from the 11th to the 19th of November. From beautiful canvas paintings to contemporary photography, there was something for everyone. On Tuesday 12th November, the exhibition took an exciting turn when it was officially opened by esteemed British actress, Maureen Lipman at the private view. 40% from the sale of each painting is donated to the Hospice and so far, this year's exhibition has raised over £4,000!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Patricia Glasswell, Sarah Foskett and all the other artists for their tremendous support. We would also like to say thank you to Arlington Residential for sponsoring the private view.

The art exhibition has now finished however artwork can still be purchased at the Hospital. So if you would like to purchase a painting, please contact Anna on 020 7806 4074.
