St John’s Hospice Christmas Fayre raised an incredible £22,000.
Thousands visited St John’s Wood High Street to celebrate in the festive fun, as they enjoyed funfair rides, shopping and Christmas carols throughout the day.
For the first year, there was a spectacular ice rink for children and parents to enjoy.
Donkey rides and a Santa’s Grotto were a great success with families spoilt for choice from our wide selection of food stalls.
Fun fair rides included a big wheel and traditional Carousel were a hit with children of all ages and parents.
All profits from the day go towards running St John’s Hospice, which provides vital palliative care to over 3,000 patients and families each year. Find out more about our care here.
Fundraising Director, Mark Thomas said, ‘We are delighted to have raised this significant amount and thank all the staff and volunteers for their support. Thank you also to our sponsors, Barclays, Casualty First, Coop, Hotblack Desiato, Westminster Council, Winkworth and Yasmeen Restaurant.’
