About the event
Take part in the Saucony London 10K, the most iconic capital city 10K race. Live bands, DJs and cheering fans will motivate you along the route, which takes you past Westminster Bridge, The London Eye, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and Big Ben. The route is also flat making it perfect for those just starting out on their running journey or seasoned runners chasing a PB.
Our charity places are filling up fast, so make sure to register for one soon!
Alternatively, if you were lucky enough to gain a spot in the ballot and wish to run for St John's Hospice, we’d love to welcome you to the team. There is no minimum fundraising target or registration fee for own place runners. Please let us know by completing the form above so that we can support you along the way.

"Race day was unforgettable. I am not a regular runner, but thinking of my mum and seeing my family cheer me on gave me the strength to finish. I really think this journey has helped me channel my grief into something positive while celebrating mum’s life."
Why run for St John’s Hospice?
As part of Team St John’s you will receive:
- A free hospice-branded technical running vest.
- A Saucony London 10K 2026 finisher’s medal.
- One-on-one support and mentoring to help you with your fundraising.
- Regular newsletters with all our latest news and activities.
- On the day support from our dedicated staff and volunteers.
Most importantly, your fundraising will make a real difference in the community. You’ll help us reach more people and provide vital care, whether it’s supporting a child through bereavement counselling, funding an art therapy session in our Wellbeing Centre or helping families with respite care.
How your support helps
- £25 could fund a bereavement counselling session for a patient's loved one, providing them with much needed support at the toughest time.
- £50 could fund a group art therapy session in our Wellbeing Centre, enabling our patients to learn new skills, express themselves and above all else, relax and have fun with one another.
- £250 could fund a day of expert nursing care from a Healthcare Assistant in our Inpatient Unit.
- £500 could fund 24-hour at-home nursing care for a patient who wants to remain in familiar and comforting surroundings in the later stages of their illness.
