About the event
The Saucony London 10K is one of London’s biggest summer running events, bringing together thousands of runners for an unforgettable day through the heart of London. Race along a fully closed-road route, passing iconic landmarks while enjoying live music, incredible crowd support, and an electric atmosphere from start to finish.
Whether you're aiming for a personal best, taking on your first 10K, or running with friends, every step makes a difference when you join Team St John's. Help us celebrate and amplify life while supporting your community at one of London's most iconic races.
Have your own place and wish to run for St John's Hospice? Please let us know by clicking the 'already have a place' button below, so that we can support you along the way. There is no minimum fundraising target or registration fee for own place runners.

Race day was challenging but we had a great time. We are genuinely so grateful for what St John’s has done for us and hope that they can continue helping more families.
Why run for St John’s Hospice?
As part of Team St John’s you will receive:
- A free hospice-branded technical running vest or T-shirt.
- A Saucony London 10K 2027 finisher’s medal & T-Shirt.
- One-on-one support and mentoring to help you with your fundraising.
- Regular newsletters with all our latest news and activities.
- On the day support from our dedicated staff and volunteers.
Most importantly, your fundraising will make a real difference in the community. You’ll help us reach more people and provide vital care, whether it’s supporting a child through bereavement counselling, funding an art therapy session in our Wellbeing Centre or helping families with respite care.
How your support helps
Your brilliant fundraising total of £250 could fund all of the below:
- A group art or music therapy session, giving patients the opportunity to express themselves creatively, learn new skills and enjoy meaningful time together.
- Two complementary therapy sessions for a patient or their loved one, helping to relieve pain, reduce stress and promote relaxation.
- Four physiotherapy sessions, helping a patient maintain or rebuild their strength and live as independently and fully as possible.
