Thank you so much for your interest in taking on a challenge for St John’s Hospice. Please complete the form below in as much detail as possible to apply for one of our charity places. We allocate places for our challenge events based on the strength of each application, so please do take your time, and really think about your answer to each question.

We will contact you to let you know if you have been successful in your application. If you are, you will then need to pay the registration fee and start your fundraising journey.
