Set up a tribute page
A tribute page is a unique way to remember your loved one while supporting the hospice. It is your own space to post messages, memories, photos and raise vital funds so we can continue to care for more people in the community.

We are proud to be partnered with MuchLoved, giving you the opportunity to create your own personalised tribute page. A MuchLoved tribute page is place to remember a special person. Add photos, videos and memories to your page, and share with family and friends. You can light candles, add virtual gifts, and make the page as unique as your loved one. You can also share details of the funeral, collect donations for their favourite charity, organise events to remember them or to fundraise in their memory, celebrate anniversaries, and much more.
Each page is yours, free, for as long as you wish.
Create a tribute page“We created the MuchLoved page in tribute to my brother, Michael. Instead of flowers, we requested that any donations, big or small, be directed to this page. We felt honoured that we could create such a page in Michael's memory so that we could encourage people to raise funds for the place we felt helped give him the end-of-life care he truly deserved.”
It only take a few minutes to create your tribute page. If there is anything you would like to change on the page later, simply login and go to ‘Settings’ which gives you control of all aspects of the page.
No, the service is designed so you can set up a simple page first to see how it works and then return at different times to add your preferred words, photos and other content as well as choose designs and other individual setting options.

No. The service is completely free to you.
You can share photos and videos of your loved one. You can light candles, share funeral notices, add thoughts and messages of condolence. People can also add donations to the charity.
Each tribute page has its own unique website address (URL) which you can easily share with family and friends so they can contribute memories and donations. The 'Share' button on the tribute homepage provides a QR code, an easy to share link, and options to help you share via social media, email or text/WhatsApp.
Yes, go to 'Funeral Notice' in your 'Settings' area to add details of the funeral arrangements. These will be displayed on the homepage of your page and can include service, committal and reception details (with location maps) as well as additional information such as dress code, webcast login details, and the Order of Service.
Your tribute page and all its features will be there as long as you want and you can continue using it for adding thoughts or gifts, fundraising events, or simply for private journaling. Many people choose to keep it as a permanent commemorative memorial site to revisit at any time.
If your tribute page has 'Public' access, then you or anyone else can view it with the unique URL.
If you prefer to keep the page private, you can do this in the settings. The website address link will then not enable others to visit your tribute page. People will need to have received an invite email, that you can send, that provides a personal log in, in order to visit the site.
Your tribute page includes an integrated facility for online donations, and donating is simple. All debit and credit cards are accepted, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All donations and gift aid made to St John’s are sent through to us on a monthly basis, so you don’t need to do anything.
Yes, you simply select your chosen charity as part of the creation process, or at a later date in your 'Settings' area.
Yes. During the payment process there is the option to donate completely anonymously or to hide the amount donated.
MuchLoved offer a Gift Aid declaration facility and process all reclaims as part of the donation collection service. The majority of donors are able to claim Gift Aid which makes a real difference to the total amount raised for our hospice.
