How to request an engraved leaf
1. Choose your leaf
You can choose to have a bronze, silver or gold leaf engraved with your loved ones name. Please refer to the cost of each leaf above and to the period of time each of the leaves will remain on the tree.
Please note that once the leaf has been on the tree for the stated time period, we will contact you to ask if you would like this to be renewed. If not we will happily return the leaf to you in order to be cherished at home.
2. Choose your payment method
We can accept a one-time payment via our website, by cheque, card, cash, or bank transfer. We can also arrange for a monthly direct debit to be set up to pay for the leaf in installments. Lastly, you can set up a tribute page via Muchloved or JustGiving in your loved ones name to fundraise for the leaf.
3. Get in touch
Once you have decided which leaf you would like and how you wish to pay for it please reach out to Sophie at sophie.gray@hje.org.uk or on 020 7806 4011.
Please note that once the leaf has been ordered it can take up to two weeks to be completed. After which time you will be invited to visit the hospice with your family and friends to hang the leaf on the tree. If you cannot or do not wish to come in, we can of course arrange to hang this for you and send photos.
