Every day, our Healthcare Assistants deliver expert, compassionate care in people’s homes. Start a regular gift to help bring this care to more people across Hammersmith & Fulham and beyond.

Imagine facing a life-limiting or terminal illness with no family to help or being a caregiver stretched to your limits, longing for just a few hours of relief. For many people in Hammersmith & Fulham, this is the reality right now.

Our new Hospice@Home service is changing that. It provides 24-hour, wraparound care for patients and families when they need it most and where they want to be most, their own homes. At the heart of this service are our dedicated Healthcare Assistants who bring our expert, compassionate care into people’s homes every single day.

Until recently, no such service existed in Hammersmith & Fulham. Now, with your help, we can make sure that everyone who needs this care can receive it. Sponsor a Healthcare Assistant today.
