Vote for St John’s Hospice at your local Tesco Express

We’re excited to share that St John’s Hospice has been selected to take part in Tesco Stronger Starts, a community grant scheme that supports local organisations making a positive difference for children and young people.

This means that until the end of March, every time you shop at selected local Tesco Express stores, you can support St John’s Hospice simply by voting for us at the checkout. After you’ve paid in one of the participating stores, look out for the blue tokens, usually found near the checkouts. Just place your token into the St John’s Hospice voting box before you leave the store, and that’s it!

Tesco Stronger Starts awards grant funding of £1,500, £1,000, and £500 to local projects based on customer votes. Whatever the amount we receive, the funding will help us support the families of our patients who are struggling with the cost of living, including help with food and energy bills, purchasing school supplies, and providing vital bereavement support for children and young people.
