You're amazing! Our Big Give goal has been reached

Our Big Give Christmas Challenge is now over, and thanks to your incredible generosity, we unlocked all £75,000 of online match funding as well as £20,000 of offline funds. This means that together with Gift Aid, you helped raise a total of £186,265!

Why this matters:

More than 75% of the week falls outside standard hours, when people with life-limiting illnesses often struggle to access essential palliative care. Sudden declines in health can leave families relying on emergency care or coping alone, missing out on the specialist support they urgently need.

Your generosity will now help us extend Inpatient Unit admissions to seven days a week, ensuring people can access expert palliative care whenever they need it — including out of hours.
