Inflatable 5K

Get ready to jump, bounce, slide and swing your way through this inflatable obstacle course to raise funds for St John’s!

We had such a wonderful day at the Inflatable 5K and would highly recommend it to anyone to participate in. It was a really cool experience and even better to know that the funds we have raised are supporting such a worthwhile cause in our community!"

Poppy, Inflatable 5K 2025 participant.

Why support St John’s Hospice?

As part of Team St John’s you will receive:

  • A free hospice-branded technical running vest.
  • An Inflatable 5K 2026 finisher’s medal.
  • Event photography and finish line goodies.
  • One-on-one support and mentoring to help you with your fundraising.

Most importantly, your fundraising will make a real difference in the community. You’ll help us reach more people and provide vital care, whether it’s supporting a child through bereavement counselling, funding an art therapy session in our Wellbeing Centre or helping families with respite care.

How your support helps

  • £25 could fund a bereavement counselling session for a patient's loved one, providing them with much needed support at the toughest time.
  • £50 could fund a group art therapy session in our Wellbeing Centre, enabling our patients to learn new skills, express themselves and above all else, relax and have fun with one another.
  • £250 could fund a day of expert nursing care from a Healthcare Assistant in our Inpatient Unit.
  • £500 could fund 24-hour at-home nursing care for a patient who wants to remain in familiar and comforting surroundings in the later stages of their illness.
