Join Team St John's for the London Landmarks Half Marathon
The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster. It is not your average half marathon!
From cultural landmarks like Big Ben, The London Eye and St Paul’s Cathedral to the city's quirky and hidden secrets, you’ll get to explore the capital on a route like no other. What’s more, by running as part of Team St John’s, you will be helping us to provide quality, holistic care when it is needed most.
- What: Run 13.1 miles as part of Team St John’s.
- When: Sunday 6 April 2025
- Where: Start by Pall Mall and finish by Downing Street
- Who is it for: You must be aged 17 or over on the day of the event to take part.
- Registration fee: £30
- Fundraising target: £350
Successful applications are subject to availability and the event is likely to sell out before the end of the year, so we would suggest that you sign up today to avoid disappointment!

As part of Team St John’s, you will receive one-on-one support and mentoring to help you with your fundraising, a free technical running vest to wear on race day, on-the-day support from our dedicated staff and volunteers and a London Landmarks 2025 finisher’s medal! You can also sign up for our regular newsletters so you can hear more about your fundraising’s impact as well as activities and news from our community.
Most importantly, by fundraising for St John’s, you will help us to reach more people and provide more care. Whether it is supporting a child with a bereavement counselling session following the loss of a loved one, providing a community nurse with new clinical equipment, or providing specialist one-to-one nursing on our Inpatient Unit.
