Introducing our new fundraiser, Taste the World! Host a food sale this June and celebrate a world of flavour while raising vital funds for St John's Hospice.

Following on from the exciting “This is Hospice Care” national campaign that we were so proud to be a part of, we want to ensure that our supporters know the value of having a will and the support we can provide to create one for free.

The St John’s Hospice Easter Egg-Stravaganza is back for 2025! Take part in this year’s Easter trail and join us for face painting, arts and crafts, second hand book sale, refreshments, and more.

Today, we welcome the much-anticipated news of the allocation of the first £25 million of additional government funding for hospices in England.

We're proud to announce that we are a part of the "This is Hospice Care" campaign, a groundbreaking collaboration between 143 hospices across England, Scotland, and Wales, brought together by Hospice UK.

Our Big Give Christmas Challenge Campaign is over and we are thrilled to announce that thanks to your generosity it raised £181,307, including match funding! Thank you for helping us raise such an incredible amount of money in just 7 days.

It is estimated that only about 50% of people in the UK who need palliative care actually receive it. We want to bridge the gap and by donating to our Big Give Christmas Challenge Campaign (3 – 10 December) you can help us kick-start our ambitious plans.
